To make a return or change please contact our e-shop by phone at 231 551 6368 or via email at info@wishjewellery.gr, in order to start the process of changing or returning the product from our e-shop.
Επιστροφές και αλλαγές γίνονται δεκτές εντός 10 ημερών. Το προϊόν ή τα προϊόντα θα πρέπει να βρίσκονται σε άριστη κατάσταση, να μην έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί, φορεθεί ή βρίσκονται σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη κατάσταση πέραν της αρχικής τους και να μην έχει αφαιρεθεί το καρτελάκι με τον κωδικό του προϊόντος.
Returned products must be properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transport.
These shipments are made at the expense of our company, as long as the ACS company we work with is used and as long as the changes of the same order do not exceed 1 time. In case the shipment is made with any other company, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
Changes and returns on special orders are not made. Returned items are priced according to their purchase receipt.

In case of return of the product, the money can either be credited to your account for the next purchase or returned to your bank account, according to your wish. The refund is made if the proof of retail sale is returned with the product. The refund takes up to 5 working days from the receipt of the products in the e-shop and the beneficiary of the account must be the customer in whose name the order has been placed.
Refunds are only made upon presentation of the retail receipt and not with the gift exchange card.
Caution! Refunds apply only to online purchases and not to physical store purchases.
Finally, Seasonal species change only with a corresponding seasonal species. Refunds are not made on seasonal items and offer items.
For abroad
In case the shipment of your order has been made in a country outside Greece, then the shipping costs of your change or return will be borne by you.
